Truly enjoyed our extremely spacious rooms in this hotel.

The rooms here are comfy and cosy, with separate kitchen facilities, which made for a really comfortable experience. The presence of an electric kettle and refrigerators was a plus.

We read the previous comments in the plane (copy from pc) and were a bit weary about what to expect, since some comments stated very bad. We had a very pleasant stay. Maybe because we didn't expect much. Maybe because we were realistic about what to expect. About the rooms: the room and kitchen are clean and the sheets/towels were changed daily with exeption of one day (6 day stay). The bathroom and toilet are very clean and since this is not common for a Greek appartement/guesthouse that was a definite plus for us. About the hostess/host: they are friendly and helpfull. About the location: quiet road, close to sea, about a 5 min walk. Super market nearby at main road. Two swimming pools about 1-2 min walk. Overall we think the price/quality is ok and we would not hestitate to book again next year.

Minus: we realy think the owner should have a seperate room to put suitcases in case a flight if leaving in the afternoon/night, even if this is just a broom cabinet, we think it's just the minimum to expect. In reaction to previous comment: in a warm (mediterranian) country there are mosquitoes...perhaps you should stay in Oslo/The South Pole if you don't like mosquitoes..

Everything was perfect, friendly staff, good location close enough to the centre of Kardamena and the beach, the beach and supermarkets and the centre of Kardamena. The room was clean and cosy and equipped with separate kitchen as described. I had an electric kettle and refrigerators. I had a very comfortable stay.

the staff members were all amicable, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and cosy with separate kitchen. i liked this comfortable stay, would stay here again.

The value for money at Fania was great, with clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant town but still peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home during my stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety and options.

Sheets were changed almost daily, very clean room, staff friendly though you cannot make noise after 12am

The owners were very lovely and helpful. If your after cheap and cheerful accommodation and you don't mind paying a bit of extra for the air con and you don't mind if the water is on or off. It's all good.

The sporadic nature of the water supply.

Couldn’t be happier with our last minute Christmas stay. The apartments were surprisingly clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even printed our boarding passes for us. The rooms were always tidy and the staff was trustworthy. We felt so comfortable that we didn't even need to use the safe. Highly recommended for the great value and friendly atmosphere.

Only downside was the lack of shower head holder and the allocation of hand towels instead of bath towels. a minor inconvenience considering the great location and the fact that the apartments had two balconies.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and upkeep of the apartments considering how little we paid. The staff at Fania Apartments were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going above and beyond to print our boarding passes for us. The location was great, just a short 5-minute walk to the center, but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place for its value and trustworthy staff.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options in the selection.

Just a place to stay on walking distance of the harbor. Don't expect nothing fancy, but the price makes up for it. Rooms are big and clean.

The apartment was 20€ , the not-so-professional staff asked € 10,- supplement for air-conditioning. I didn't agree, so we stuck with € 26,- total.

The cleaning service was excellent, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was spotless every day. The location was also great, just a short walk from the beach and close to supermarkets and the center of town. We also appreciated having a cooker and plates in our room, which allowed us to prepare our own meals.

There were a couple of issues that affected our stay. there was no toilet paper provided for a few days, which was quite inconvenient.

All of the staff was PLEASANT and great.
